Rapid Change Seal Bar System
  • The RapidPak seal plate is SilverstoneTM coated and is made from a special aluminum alloy, MIC 60, which will not warp even though it is only 5/8'' thick.
  • Removal of four flat head countersunk screws allows simple and fast changing of the seal plate.
  • Unlike all other competitors, RapidPak seal plates can be changed in only a few minutes without changing the heated seal bar (no heater wires to loosen, no thermocouples to disconnect and reconnect, etc.)
Figure 1 shows that the seal head rotates 90° to vertical position. Figure 2 shows seal plate removed. Seal plate is held by four countersunk screws.
